All interactions with The Carol Wolfe Foundation, including scheduling of or attendance at appointments, content of your sessions, progress in counseling, and your records are confidential.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

When there is evidence of clear and imminent danger of harm to self and/or others, a therapist is legally required to report this information to the authorities responsible for ensuring safety.
When there is evidence or strong suspicion of physical or sexual abuse or neglect of any person under the age of 18 we must report this information to county child protection services.
A court order, issued by a judge, may require The Carol Wolfe Foundation to release information contained in records and/or require a therapist to testify in a court hearing.

Age requirements for booking an appointment

You must be at least 17 years of age to book an appointment.

Scheduling policy

It is your responsibility to be available at your appointment time. If your visit is not in person, then it is your responsibility to ensure Zoom, and/or your telephone is configured appropriately on your end.
